Since its inception, over 8,000 coral frames have been deployed around the resorts, significantly contributing to marine ecosystem restoration. “...one of its biggest marine conservation initiatives: coral propagation. To fight the loss of corals from bleaching, this process uses an innovative technique of tying coral fragments onto ‘coral frames’, and then replanting these frames for corals to grow. This novel way of coral restoration has since been evangelized throughout the community—even to other resorts...” Vogue, June 24, 2024
